SISUK JOE IN SPAIN:DAY TWO. Workout day

Today Joe came around 2 to have lunch at my house and after some chatting (Is Owen really a Sifu now? That'd rock!! :D ) we went down to the gym to do some serious training. We started around 4 and while at 6 I was already dead Joe went on until 8 with Sara. That was fun! :D

I got to play chisao (well we played it all, but I specially enjoyed ChiSao) and to learn the third part of Chum Kiu (Oh Yeah!!) It was some awesome training.
Joe was nice enough to work out with Sara and Alvaro.
