I'd like to blame the weather for my mediocre content and laissez-faire posting lately.
Ok. Not a problem. I'll blame the weather.:^)
Even comment spammers don't seem to have much energy. I have one that consistently gets through the spam blocks and leaves new-age-cyber-Hallmark- type quotes.

There are too many complaints on the internet these days. We all
seem to be bitching about something. It’s either those damned 13 year olds
that are bringing the intelligent World Wide Web to it’s metaphorical knees.
Or it’s something about how your e-friend club kicked you out despite years
of dedication and service. People are bitching because they are banned and
because other people haven’t been banned yet. Kids are threatening to slash
their wrists because people refuse to leave comments on their live journal
entrees. I’m bitching because other people are bitching. It’s a cruel cycle.

Blogging IS time consuming. I spend about 4 hours a day on Lost Remote, from content to maintenance to development. Add that to my full-time TV job and sleep is an oddity.

But it's worth it. I enjoy having an unfiltered voice -- which is a luxury in today's big media world.

Just to be flippant for a moment:

Anyone else notice the similarities getween the Bush administration and the Borg?

"Resistance is futile! You will be assimilated into the New World Corporate Order!"

On a serious ending note, the Bush administration has just declared war on everyone else in space. I'm beginning to wonder if these clowns aren't rogue Scientologists who took L. Ron Hubbard's disgusting science-fiction vision of A future and are trying to make it THE future.
